  • General Conduct
    1. Respect and Professionalism: Treat all staff, fellow volunteers, and
    community members with respect and courtesy. Maintain a
    professional demeanor at all times.
    2. Punctuality: Arrive on time for your scheduled shifts. If you are unable
    to attend or will be late, please notify your supervisor as soon as
    possible.
    3. Dress Code: Wear appropriate clothing for your tasks and adhere to
    any specific dress code provided by the organization. Closed-toe shoes
    and modest attire are recommended.
    4. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all
    individuals you encounter during your volunteer work. Do not share
    personal information without permission.
    5. Safety First: Follow all safety instructions and guidelines. Report any
    accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.

    Responsibilities
    1. Task Completion: Complete your assigned tasks to the best of your
    ability. If you have questions or need assistance, ask your supervisor.
    2. Attendance: Maintain a reliable attendance record. Frequent absences
    or tardiness may result in termination of your volunteer role.
    3. Communication: Keep an open line of communication with your
    supervisor. Provide feedback and share any concerns you may have.
    4. No Discrimination or Harassment: Discrimination or harassment of
    any kind will not be tolerated. Report any incidents to your supervisor
    immediately.

    Organizational Policies
    1. Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace: The use of drugs or alcohol is
    strictly prohibited during volunteer hours or on the organization’s
    premises.
    2. Use of Equipment: Use organizational equipment and resources
    responsibly. Report any damage or malfunctions to your supervisor.
    3. Personal Belongings: The organization is not responsible for personal
    belongings. Keep valuables at home or secure them properly.
    4. Compliance: Follow all organizational policies and procedures. Failure
    to comply may result in disciplinary action, including termination of
    your volunteer role.
