  • Theater Space

    This area is a traditional black box style theater located on the main floor. It is around 900 sq ft and has a maximum capacity of 60 people. The base price is $200 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $90 (this includes time for set up and take down). The theater comes with 40-50 chairs. For an additional charge, some chairs, tables, microphone & sound system, stage, and sound & lights can be added. Non Profit rates are available for registered 501c3 organizations.

    Entire Center

    Affirmations is a 17,000 sq ft building and has a maximum capacity of 300 people. To rent the entire center and have it closed to the public the base price is $850 for 2 hours . Each additional hour is $150 (this includes time for set up and take down). The Center closing fee is included in this price.

    Pitman-Puckett Gallery

    This area is on the main floor. It is around 1,200 sq ft and has a maximum capacity of 150 people. The base price is $180 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $80 (this includes time for set up and take down). Chairs, tables, microphone & sound system, and stage can be added for an addition charge. This area is open to the public during business hours. If needed, the Center can close to the public for an additional charge. Non Profit rates are available for registered 501c3 organizations.

    Cafe & Kitchenette

    This area is a mixed use area including a bar, kitchenette, and pool table located on the main floor. It is around 650 sq ft and has a maximum capacity of 50 people. The base price is $120 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $60 (this includes time for set up and take down). The area has limited seating areas. Chairs and a few tables can be added for an additional charge. Non Profit rates are available for registered 501c3 organizations.

    SkyDeck

    The SkyDesk is located on the upper level and overlooks 9 Mile Rd. It is around 540 sq ft and has a maximum capacity of 40 people. The base price is $90 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $30 (this includes time for set up and take down). This room comes with some outdoor chairs and tables. Any extra chairs or tables not on the SkyDeck can be added for an additional charge. Non Profit rates are available for registered 501c3 organizations.

    Board Room

    This room is located on the upper level and looks out onto our SkyDeck. It is around 375 sq ft and has a maximum capacity of 25 people. The base price is $80 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $15 (this includes time for set up and take down). This room comes with chairs, tables, whiteboard, and tv screen. Any extra chairs or tables not in the room can be added for an additional charge. Non Profit rates are available for registered 501c3 organizations.

    Room 201/202

    This room is located on the upper level. It is around 460 sq ft and has a maximum capacity of 30 people. The base price is $90 for 2 hours (this includes time for set up and take down). Each additional hour is $20. This room comes with chairs, tables, whiteboards, a tv screen and computer monitor. Any extra chairs or tables not in the room can be added for an additional charge. Non Profit rates are available for registered 501c3 organizations.

    Room 204/205

    This room is located on the upper level. It is around 225 sq ft and has a maximum capacity of 15 people. The base price is $50 for 2 hours. Each additional hour is $10 (this includes time for set up and take down). This room comes with chairs, a table, whiteboard, and tv screen. Any extra chairs or tables not in the room can be added for an additional charge (see below). Non Profit rates are available for registered 501c3 organizations.

  • Closing the Center

    If you would like the Center closed during your event there is an additional fee of $500.

     

    Table Request

    Extra tables (2'x6') are $10 per table. If the room discription does not mention tables then they do not come with the room and are an extra charge.

     

    Chair Request

    Extra chairs (non folding) are $2 per chair. If the room discription does not mention tables then they do not come with the room and are an extra charge.

     

    Stage

    The stage(s) are 4'x10' each and are 2' high. They can be arranged in different configurations. Stairs are available. One stage is $100 and two would be a total of $150.

     

    Projector

    WiMius Projector with remote and cords to attach to a computer. The projector is $50 per day used.

     

    Podium 

    The podium is clear and stands at 44 inches from floor to top and ledge. The top of the podium is 27 inches wide and 13.5 inches deep. The podium is $10 per day used. 

     

    Microphone & Sound System

    The system is a Rockville sytem with 1-2 wireless microphones and 2 speakers. The system is $20 per day used.

     

    Sound & Lights (Theater Space only)

    This service is provided by staff of Ringwald Theater and is paid directly to them. It is only available in the theater space. This add on is $500 per day.
